The Focus Groups component is designed to facilitate discussions around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The Instructor/Facilitator will design the sessions to be forward-looking and focused on solutions and steps that can be taken to build trust. The Instructor/Facilitator will work with the Workgroup to determine the focus groups and the discussion topics. The Instructor/Facilitator will provide an analysis of the focus group discussions, to assist in generating topic areas for further DEI training and next steps for enhancing the organizational culture.
